1. End-to-end management of research, monitoring, evaluation and strategy projects from

meetings where necessary4. Organization Development● Support other teams (Business development, communications, HR, operations)
wherever necessary
● Promote a culture based on quality output, people development, and impact
orientation5. Monitoring
· Travel to field locations for monitoring of data collection
· Coordination with field team members for data quality checks
· Ongoing Management and monitoring of data sets during and post data collection;
direct and support field team as requiredEducation qualification and Skills- Post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. A degree in
statistics/ economics/ econometrics/ demography/ survey methodologies would be
preferable.
- 6-10 years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Past experience working on maternal and child nutrition (required)
- Skills and ability to undertake statistical data analytics; conversant with software such as
STATA/ R.
- Understanding of monitoring and evaluation, log frames, RCTs, quasi-experimental methods
- Experience having worked with consultancy organizations, having managed research,
survey, and evaluation assignments.
- Knowledge, understanding and/or experience of having worked on social development
issues is essential.
- Conversant in English, with the ability to undertake client interactions and support report
writing.
- Ability to work well with challenging timelines
- Effective team management skills
- Experience working with government (desirable)
- Working knowledge of dashboards (desirable)
