Project management involves setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion
by assigned parties, evaluating progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that clients,
internal or external, achieve their desired results. Main function would be to coordinate project
activities, budgets, personnel and work with other departments to meet deadlines and project goals
within set resources and under firm deadlines.
- Accountable for all projects for any business units, including monitoring the project shared
internationally between legal entities.
- Study cost-benefit analysis, risk management, general business statistics & other acumen needed
for execution of Projects.
- Proactively, decision maker, by evaluating each project and quick enough to reset the priorities.
- Work very closely with all departments who influence the project schedule & even to end customer
or agency involved in execution of projects.
- Develop a team culture & excellent customer relationship by collaborating with them and
understanding their needs.
- Work very closely with Sales/Marketing department for timely implementation of new products &
remain focussed on budgets at the same time.
- Continuously coach, guide & motivate the team and take right decision for projects of short term or
long term.
- Work strictly in line with SOPs, ISO guidelines, HSEQ guidelines & adhere to right processes
whether at Plant or at sites.
