 Should have good communication skills both written and oral.
 Should have experience to Monitor the contractor's activities, hold regular
meetings, track and report construction costs etc.
 Should be capable to prepare the site schedules and constantly monitor
the work execution to ensure that the project timelines are being met as
per schedules.
 Good understanding of Project execution stages and ability to plan and
execute Projects with less supervision.
 Should have knowledge of verifying contractor bills, rate analysis etc.
 Candidate should have an exposure of working on interior fit out projects.
 Candidate should be open to travel in the assigned territory.
 Candidate should have the knowledge of MS Office, Internet Technology
and AutoCad.
 Knowledge of MS Project will be an added advantage.
