YOUR TASKS
- Develop detailed project plans and effectively manage implementation steps including organizing, incorporation, documentation, and training to deliver on time and within budget in the Corporate Marketing & Incubation (CM&I) HQ within the Digital Marketing (DM) Department.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (engineers, subject matter experts, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, etc.) and manage ambiguity to continuously groom requirements and design a compliant end-end solution.
- Communicate often and simply on project progress, issues, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for communicating project aspects viz. project process, success, and challenges to the internal and external stakeholders. Track progress, resolve issues, support decisions, and remove real or perceived roadblocks.
- Proactively managing and delivering complex IT/data analytics-related projects with cross-functional teams located across different geographical locations.
- Team player, dynamic, international, take responsibility, and able to work according to goals and create new goals if necessary.
- Occasional trips, if necessary and if possible, within the scope of travel restrictions due to Corona.
- Flexible about working hours and do not think twice to walk extra miles if needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- A pragmatic problem-solver, capable of consolidating varying requirements from a wide range of teams.
- Experience in IT and data analytics-driven project management.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and different platforms, teams, and their respective roles.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders also via hybrid/remote working practices.
- Strong time management skills and structured way of working.
- You exemplify agility, you have internalized the principles and values and have successfully proven in the past that you can convey them.
- Certified in agile roles e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist.
- Knowledge of security and privacy policies, GDPR, cloud act, etc. would be great to have.
- You have learned to convey the message proper way and successfully resolve conflicts.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken; additional languages viz. Japanese, German, Korean and Chinese are an asset.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft 365 esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams.
