?Key Roles and responsibilities:

- The Project Manager will ensure that the projects are executed according to SmartDrive process and project management quality targets
- Successful delivery of complex Technical projects from planning and design to implementation
- Handling complex work flows, Implementation experience, machine learning, RPA implementation, ERP implementation and understanding data security
- Manage the cross-functional project teams and ensure a clear target setting for each of the project members
- Management experience/expertise to Facilitate, Negotiate, Collaborate and building capability
- Foster systematic problem-solving mindset by using automotive quality tools
- Anticipates risks, manages risk mitigation actions and initiates necessary escalations
- Ensure timely communication of status reports to all stakeholders
- Organize business stakeholders and technology solution teams to scope, plan, track, and report on project deliverables
- Implements project plans to meet objectives using waterfall, agile, or mixed methodologies.
- Enforces that project life cycle artifacts are developed and stored appropriately
- Update and maintain project SharePoint sites, JIRA project sites, Confluence Wikis and other project deliverables
- Evaluate overall project health based on time, resources, and budget and accurately communicate issues and concerns early to the Management team

?Qualifications and Relevant Skills:

- Engineering/Bachelor's degree in computer science or allied branches
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Project Management
- PMP certification and experience in automotive, aviation or aerospace industry industries preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling call center implementation and Geo expansion projects
- Good understanding of SDLC, principals of LEAN, six Sigma, Prince 2 or ILT certification
- Good at negotiation, eye for detail, logical, critical thinking, Flexible, willing to travel, etc.
- Knowledge of PM practices and techniques as work breakdown structure, budget control, risk management, change management, impact analysis, and stakeholder management
- Certified Scrum Master or expert knowledge of waterfall and agile PM principles
- Green/Black belt certified preferred and familiarity with 6 Sigma methodologies preferred
- Well experienced in managing a remote team and working in a matrix environment
- Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and Jira
- MPM, CSM, CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP certification and Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, good time management and excellent organizational skills
- Open to change and adapt to changing conditions effectively and deals with ambiguity
