Job description,
Handling Dept. are Material WareHouse, Stores. Logistics RASIC
Planning, directing & improving logistic activities to deliver the shipment on time to in-house &
customer end
Implementing & Monitoring cost effective logistic system thru RASIC
Monitoring the day-to-day activities.
Coordinating & receiving the details on customer requirement/ dispatch plan
Creating RFQ for domestic logistic based on RACI (Responsible, Accountability, Consulted &
informed )
Checking & reviewing the logistics reports to identify areas of improvement.
Monitoring daily customer plan vs actual.
Ensuring carrier compliance with company policy or producers for product transit or deliver.
Analyzing the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, &
product volumes.
Coordinate with the purchase team for the clearance & movement of bills.
Regular review of customer order patterns to assess cost improvements.
Strategize & plan for effective & timely execution of distribution of FG to meet on time order
fulfillment target.
Deliver & report counter cost & performance responsibility.
Responsibility for establishing, improving & vendor selection, Evolution process to deliver cost
competitiveness sourcing & reduce cycle time.
Co-ordinating with transporters and drivers for truck placement on daily basis
Preparing the E-Bay Bills for Transport delivery
Good knowledge of Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup
