Take containment and Preventive actions to protect the stakeholders from non-conforming parts delivered by suppliers,10. Handle the claims to suppliers via supplier claim management process.11. Manage supplier corrective actions and timely 8D closures, ensuring a thorough rootcause analysis performed, to eliminate possible recurrence of defects with necessaryeffectiveness controls.12. Assist suppliers in quality assurance/ manufacturing processes and procedures tofacilitate continuous improvement of supplier and product performance.13. Prepare, analyze, distribute and communicate supplier quality data/information tovarious stakeholders including PPM data for tracking and improvement14. Reduce supplier quality nonconformities, improving quality metrics and cost of poorquality15. Manage supplier quality improvement activities (PDCA) and document it.16. Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including ISO 9001- 2015 and otherindustry standards17. Undertake special projects as required.18. Assist with logistics, including communications with vendors when there are packagingand receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving dockJOB REQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related discipline2. More than 8 years of working experience as Supplier Quality Engineer with deepknowledge on manufacturing processes such as steel fabrication (e.g. cutting, bending,welding…), casting, machining and paint and powder coating3. Strong quality mindset with knowledge of quality methods (e.g. PPAP, APQP) used inparts verification process and with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concernsusing quality tools and problem solving technique (e.g. Poka-Yoke, PFMEA ,8D, A3,5Why)4. Experience in auditing5. Strong capacity to read and interpret Engineering drawings, Standards and regulations6. Decision maker with excellent problem-solving skills // Hands-on mentality // Good teamplayer // being able to cooperate in global and cross functional teams // strongcommunication skills (local + English)7. Flexible, as domestic travel is required to visit supplier network, global travel for trainingand cooperation within the  groupDESIRED QUALITIES:8.
