      JOB TITLE: MSD Developments Engineer  PURPOSE OF JOB :The CRM Developer is responsible for configurations, customizations of application, develop API’s, plugins, workflows and custom actions.  TASK:The Jobholder, who is a member of the CRM development team reports to Service Owner of CRM for administrative purposes. As a member of the Resource Pool, work activities and tasks are generally assigned to the Jobholder on need basis. Jobholder may be required to provide support for systems spanning MS Dynamics on premise or MS Dynamics cloud at any one time depending on the workload and assignments of the Jobholder. The job accountabilities for the Jobholder include, but are not limited to the following:• Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows and API’s• Preparation of design documents and material as needed• Reviewing designs internally with CRM and externally with other stakeholders• Self planning and prioritisation of tasks needed to accomplish delivery• Test planning and test execution• Deployment planning and preparation of material required for production introduction• Apply software development best practices• Source code control and management• Participate in the delivery of changes within an agile development environment in collaboration with business analysts, developers and users• Maintain detailed knowledge of current practice within own area of expertise.• Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior team members. Be a role model in terms of technical capability, adaptability and customer service focus.  JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.     • Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, preferably in the banking industry with minimum 3 years in MS Dynamics CRM 365.• Experience in integrating and configuring CRM & Dynamics CRM with 3rd Party Applications.• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules  • Microsoft SQL Server understanding• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints• Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams• Effective change facilitator who thinks innovatively and acts decisively around process improvement and efficiency, adapting positively to challenges• Strong working knowledge of associated technologies including Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Client, Office 365 and Power BI • Familiarity with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Databases• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification.• Experience with best practice methodologies
