Key Skills/Job Responsibilities:
 Experience with UI automated testing using selenium
 QA processes and Automation testing experience
 Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (English)
 Experience successfully applying agile/scrum methodology to develop and execute
software test plans
 Good knowledge in testing web applications
· Setting Quality Metrics/Standards and Reports /Strategies
 Defining quality standards and metrics for the current project/product.

 Strong commitment to quality and ability to work closely and communicate effectively
with developers and product managers across multiple teams and geographical locations
 Document software defects, using defect tracking system, and report defects to software
developers. Monitor defect resolution efforts and track successes.
 Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.
 Planning and scheduling several milestones and tasks like alpha and beta testing.
