What is there to achieve ordeliver?)** --- Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standardsof quality including reliability, usability and performance required fordistribution and the market. ##### **Key Responsibilities** --- 1|Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to providetimely and meaningful feedback.| 2|Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test suites and testcases.| 3|Design and develop automation scripts for our Test Automation Framework.| 4|Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.| 5|Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.| 6|Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.| 7|Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identifysystem requirements.| 8|Help troubleshoot issues.| 9|Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.| 10|Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the softwaredevelopment lifecycle.| 11|Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.| 12|Research and compare best market solutions for defined features.| 13|Maintain updated knowledge about product and share it with team members andother departments (Support, Sales etc.).| 14|Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.| 15|Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.| **Qualifications **| ---|--- 1|Experience in testing of Web, Mobile, Client-server applications. 2|Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes. 3|Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test suites and testcases. 4|Hands-on experience with black box and grey box testing. 5|Experience working in an Agile development process. 6|Hands-on experience with: * test management, bug tracking tools (TestRail, JIRA etc.) * API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI etc.) * proxy tools (Fiddler, Charles etc.) * mobile development environments (XCode, Android Studio, adb tools etc.) * SSH clients (PuTTy etc.) * IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA etc.) * CI/CD tools (Jenkins etc.) * Virtualization tools (Docker etc.) * Version control system (Git etc.) 7|Experience with tests automation (Java preferable). 8|Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 9|Understanding of networking fundamentals. 10|Understanding of CI/CD principles. 11|Good written and verbal communication skills. 12|Strong attention to details. | | **Additional Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements - to includelocal education and professional qualifications, knowledge, skills, trainingand experience requirements for the job:** --- 1|Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role for 3+ years 2|BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relatedsubject 3|Upper-intermediate English level ##### **Behavioral Competencies (BCs):** --- Client Focus|is understanding that everything we do, begins, and ends with our clients.
