QA testing profile: Job Brief: A Software Tester at Wenodo will have a key role within our organization to make the surety of project quality using the Quality Assurance processes. The Software Tester will conduct tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. Software Tester’s responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. Requirement Skills: - Good understanding of SDLC and STLC and Agile model. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Knowledge of software testing life cycle and bug life cycle - Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time - Experience in Functionality, Compatibility, Integration and Regression Testing. - Experience in Manual Testing - UI and Functionality. - Hands on Experience in Test Case execution, Result generation, status reporting and Defect reporting, Regression Testing, JIRA - Experience in preparing Test scenario and writing Test cases for UI, Functionality testing. - Should have good communication (written and verbal) - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Technical Documentation -Test case, Test Plan, Matrixes and Reporting. - Use case modelling is an addon. Communication - working with Managers / Stakeholders to understand priorities and setting the right expectations for deadlines, Test to good quality by having all test scenarios tested. Participates in discussion with onsite team.
