Duties and Responsibilities:
 Develops, executes and maintains test plans
 Reads and translates requirements into meaningful manual and automated test cases
 Executes test plans and provides meaningful feedback on results
 Works with Application developers to resolve issues and document bugs
 Use Jira to document issues and enhancements in the appropriate manner
 Maintains a schedule of testing across multiple software applications to ensure prompt
feedback to developers
 Provides feedback to Business Analysts to ensure that requirements are clear and specific
enough to convey the needs of the business
 Develops and maintains documentation for all testing activities
 Assumes responsibility for the quality and compliance with standards and requirements for all
Ryan applications
 Alerts the Product team to potential issues in a constant feedback loop
 Performs other duties as needed and assigned
 Regression testing of the applications during the application release
Education and Experience:
 Graduation or Masters in Computer Science/IT
 Two to Four years of hands-on administration experience with Software Quality Assurance and
issue documentation.
