Quality - IQC Position (Designation) – Incoming Quality Engineer
Industry – Automotive or Helmet
Qualification – Diploma Engineer/ B. tech
Salary Budget – 6 LPA to 7 LPA
Location – IMT, Faridabad
 
Responsibilities – Incoming Quality Engineer for Injection Moulding must
 Responsible for SQA/IQA/IQC profile
 Responsible for verifying the incoming material as per inspection plan quality
standard.
 To prepare daily activity reports and monthly reports.
 Daily work planning and proper guideline the subordinators.
 Proper guideline to supplier to reduce rejections.
 Cleaning material same day & data feeding in SAP software.
 100% compliance with supplier PDI, TC and record keeping.
 Take immediate action for not satisfactory item and send NCR to supplier.
 Handling the daily activities of quality. Handling the internal customer
complaints.
 Report updation for QRM (Quality review meeting).
 Analysis daily reports and maintain records.
 Conduct and plan for supplier audit with purchase team.
 The trial report must be published within 04 days of sample submission.
