Position (Designation) – Moulding Quality - Shift Engineer
Industry – Automotive or Helmet
Qualification – Diploma Engineer/ B.tech
Location – IMT, Faridabad

Responsibilities – Shift Engineer for Injection Moulding must
1. Rejection Analysis/Red bin analysis
2. Responsible for immediate countermeasures against defects for the next
customer/process
3. Responsible for FPA/LPA
4. Responsible for process adherence as per process standards
5. Data collection and monitoring
6. Responsible for material feeding to molding machines
7. Responsible for granulator process
8. Responsible for identification of mould correction considering defects
9. Responsible for In-process quality
10. Responsible for OJT and skill matrix updation for QA inspectors.
