Job Description:-
Designation: Regional/ Zonal Business Manager
Location: Kolkata, 
Experience: 10 -15 years
Number of Position: 1 at Each Location
Qualification: Science/ Pharma Graduate, MBA preferred
Therapy Area Exposure: Dental/ Oral Care
Managerial Skills: 3-5 years of team handling experience

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Developing the sales team and grow partnerships with key customers
 Planning & implementing promotional activities/ New product launch as per the marketing
strategy.
 Working out and evolving strategy to expand and improve PCPM of the territory.
 Maintaining strong work relationship with KOL and contacts.
 Analyzing market survey/ identifying the potential territory for future expansion.
 Managing & mentoring sales team and motivating them to optimize their performance levels.
 Planning & implementing promotional activities / New product launch as per the marketing
strategy.
 Achieving sales target as per plan for the region
 Implementation of customer coverage/call plan /strategy implementation for Sales and Marketing
as per norms.
 To take care of regional profitability
Desired Candidate Profile:
 Exposure in Dental/ Oral Care Segment prefer.
 Good Team Leader with High on Energy and a self-starter
