Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
 Perform incoming records review for engines and accessories to determine status
regarding Manufacturer’s maintenance requirements, Services Bulletins /Modifications,
and Airworthiness Directives.
 Receives, screens, and processes information on articles being processed for
repair/alteration.
 Organizes outgoing records packages, Form 337 and 8130·3 for engines and Modules.
 Manages work order priorities for records completion within the department to align with
Production TAT requirements.
 Notes deficiencies and obtains corrective action for submitted records.
 Verifies AD, SIB and other work scope compliance on actual work performed.
 Manages electronic data storage.
 Sets up life-limited parts tracking documents.
 Prepares Life Limited Parts trace for continued usage.
 Prepares Life Limited Parts trace for final approval by the Director of Quality Control.
 Maintain files of completed work orders and inspection forms in such a manner that the
file pertaining to a specific item repaired can be readily located for review.
