- The primary responsibility of this role will be to strategist and drive the hiring initiatives.

- The responsibilities include Manage complex recruiting strategies with hiring managers for all the positions Plan, execute and measure multi-channel complex sourcing efforts Influence hiring decisions Offer a consultative approach to hiring managers and understand what their needs are Have an in-depth understanding of the context of the positions recruiting for Effective networking through referral / reference contacts, internal employees, conducting industry research

- Work with hiring managers on complex, strategic offers

- Consistently improve bench marking policies/practices

- Maintain reports and metrics on all steps in hiring process Vendor Management Work towards consistently raising the hiring bar Relentless candidate focus and must be a candidate advocate
