?����������Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using job boards, web
searches, referrals and industry-specific sources and manage complete recruitment
process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
����������Source & screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds
����������Collaborate with the business functions to plan and implement effective
recruiting strategies
����������Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to
ensure timeliness of recruitment process
����������Manage the entire staffing process (i.e., recruiting, screening, interviewing,
conducting tests and selecting employees) to fill vacant positions throughout the
����������Work with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process
by ensuring job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed
against appropriate criteria.
����������Train fellow Recruiters & nurture them to the expected level and distributing
requirements among hiring team as per priority
����������Create, implement and execute a roadmap to ensure hiring of excellent tech
talent from premier Engineering colleges.
����������Develop and manage relationships with placement officers, department
heads, alumni and student organizations from Universities
����������Keep abreast of relevant innovations in Recruiting, Marketing and Events and
use that knowledge to improve best practices at the organization
����������Develop, communicate, and implement campus relations workshop

?����������A proven record of accomplishment with excellent academic background
preferably a Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed Institute.�
����������The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Technology
Recruitment / University Recruitment and be ready to take on a new challenge
����������7-10 years of progressive HR & Recruitment experience in fast paced, high
tech environment with responsibility for driving and implementing recruitment
strategies and business solutions
����������Interpersonal and communication skills that instantly establish rapport,
collaboration, trust, confidence and credibility with leaders and employees
����������Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-
personal skills.
����������Hands on Experience on MS Office (Mainly Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
����������Should have a strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and
ensure delivery with high level of commitment.�
����������A self-driven & self-motivated personality who should have an ability to
