We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Head for our print media company. The candidate should have a strong background in the print media industry, along with a proven track record in sales and marketing. As the Regional Business Head, candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving business.
- The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for P&L of Region.
- Have to lead Marketing and Sales activities of the entire state
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all editions of group to achieve the company's goals and objectives. Excellent presentation skills to showcase group’s capabilities in all geographies.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage a big team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the print media market.
4. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with advertisers and subscribers.
5. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and readership.
6. Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed revenue targets and ensure profitability within the Region.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies.
8. Budget Management: Manage the regional budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
9. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the company's leadership team.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the print media industry. Should be in senior management position in a reputed media
- Strong understanding of the print media landscape in Bihar
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
