regional customer solutions manager in hyderabad / secunderabad

?YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and deploy VS Service Quality programs that capture value.

- Develop the strategy to map emerging trends; lead efforts to collect, aggregate and analyze data ensure related to Product And Service Quality insights are included in key decision processes.

- Develop the strategy to utilize internal and external sources of intelligence related to Product and Service Quality to position growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

- Develop the Market Validation plan and coordinate associated QC testing capabilities to meet market requirements.

- Oversee the VS Product Specifications Program, execute competitor and customer bench-marking studies.

- Responsible to lead and manage response teams and communications on all significant quality issues in the region including oversight of all claims and customer feedback.

- Collaborate across industry partners, including key competitors.

- Work closely with Commercial Marketing teams to develop and deliver key information and knowledge to customers in a format that is straightforward and collaborative.

- Champion seed technology, digital, and service improvements.

- Assure departmental and cross-functional disciplines are trained related to all aspects related to quality. Promoted Activities and accomplishments.

WHO YOU ARE:

- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Agronomy or Life Sciences.

- Minimum 9 years Commercial, Product Supply, or relevant experience.

- Highly collaborative, strategic thinker, results-oriented-

- Customer centric with an understanding of relevant markets.

- Effective communication and influencing skills.

- Demonstrated initiative, high energy and commitment.

- Excellent business and financial acumen.

- International and Domestic travel 15-20%.
