? Role and Responsibilities :

Experience: 13 to 18 years of experience

This is a great opportunity to join Polycom to lead Video Collaboration Business as Regional Manager - North. This role would give you an opportunity to apply your product expertise, sales acumen and leadership skills in the region to create high visibility for Polycom Video and Voice Solutions. This is a quota-carrying role and the candidate will be driving the sales of Polycom Collaboration solutions in the region.

This is a critical role to push Polycom UC solution and capture market share while the market transitions to Video Collaboration solutions. Applications like Pervasive video, Cloud , Mobility Applications , Content Management and Voice ( Lync Integration ) will drive the productivity enhancements and Polycom is leading this transition with its solution based on open standards.

The candidate will report to the Director Sales � Government & Commercial Accounts.

- Its People Manager Role : The person should be able to lead the team to meet organizational goals , committed to deliver Numbers on weekly / monthly and quarterly basis.
- Skills :: Good Influencer & Coach.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the go-to-market plans for Polycom Video & Voice Solutions and accelerating growth of the business in the region.
- Good Experience / Exposure to Channels , Account Management and State Governments
- Provide Subject matter expertise and work closely with the Partners / Consultants in the region along with Pre- Sales / Channels / Marketing teams.
- Ensure Partner Enablement / Engagement to drive go-to-market readiness.
- Drive marketing campaigns and programs to generate incremental revenue.
- Work closely with the market and competitive intelligence teams to understand the market and the competitive landscape
- Forecast, track and analyze the bookings/pipeline of collaboration business in his/her territory.
