?A good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Cloud/Server/Storage/Network/Security/DC Build & Operation, Surveillance etc. & IT Service Management).
Knowledge and experience in Solution selling; IT Infrastructure management services will be an added advantage.
Candidate should develop new accounts and manage existing accounts.
Capability to translate the customer business issues into IT Infrastructure requirements.
Engage with the customer, identify triggers, identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to customer.
Develop sales strategies and business growth plan.
Deal with existing and new major customer accounts with minimal supervision
Will work together with solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer and their consultants.
Aggressively drive Accounts through Business Planning, Account Planning, Sales Pipeline, healthy Forecast & Opportunity Management.
Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Business Targets (Booking / Revenue & Profitability) as well as Accounts Receivables Management.
Be accountable & responsible for sales targets and revenues of the company. Achieve growth and hit | surpass sales targets by successfully managing the assigned region.
100% Contracts renewals / conversions of Uptime & OEMs Annuity business.
Transactional selling / Business development & Upsell / Cross-Sell activities in Accounts.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new areas and competition status.
Establish, maintain and expand customer base and service the needs of existing customers. Collect customer feedback and work on the same with market trending

Should have established and verifiable market connect with Customers, Distributors and OEMs.
Should be prompt and responsive on all business transactions on mails / calls / other modes of communication and be available on short notice for major operational aspects.
Willing to take up newer challenges & responsibilities and be accountable for results.
Disciplined and adhere to the policies and protocols of the company.
Submit daily, weekly, monthly report and update Management as per guidelines on all sales related aspects on a regular basis. Ensure compliance from the team that is reporting to this role as well
Add value in terms of being proactive to the goals of the organization
Collaborate and closing loop with inter / intra departmental operations and ensure seamless delivery.
Work in tandem with management, peers and locations with a professional approach.
