As Regional Sales Manager, your main role will be to actively participate inthe local and regional strategy definition in line with the Business Head aswell as to dynamically contribute in the implementation of the salesplan/strategy defined. * Align with the Business Head and other Regional Sales Manager on sales strategies for national and regional accounts * Analyze local and regional market trends, pricing, demand growth and discover new opportunities for growth * Establish and build strong customer relationships over time that allow continuity of business * Monitor competitive activity in each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated. * Ensure customer's satisfaction and suggest new services/products/innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction * Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions * Report regional sales results and evaluate products performances * Work with AM Global mills but with a special focus on Beams / Sections to generate project inquiries and then convert them into Business as per agreed Business Plan * Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility * Close collaboration with the other sales manager in India, sales support and back office teams**What you 'll need** * Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role * Master's Degree/ MBA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field * Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) * Familiarity with CRM software (SAP) and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving attitude * Overall understanding of Contractual and Financial Flows of Business * Flexibility of approach and to move with the Business Flow * Strong organizational and account management skills * Availability to travel as needed (over 30% of time) once Covid Restrictions are Lifted
