?Sole Contribute from lead generation to closure
�Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the area level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets
�Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the area, including the area specific management
�Perform & achieve monthly sales target of the assigned area and of the sales in/out for the major accounts as well
�Coordination with technical teams at the field level to ensure the trial & approval
�Maintain close cooperation between the area sales force and regional sales and business management
�Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key clients
�Experience in B2B sales / Corporates Sales / Institutional Sales / Channel Sales with AIDC brands will be preferred
The individual will work as a Sole Contributor

Sales Manager/ BDM

The candidate should have 4 - 5 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be in Bangalore with outstation travel. Candidates from Electronics, Consumer Durables, and Telecom, catering to Logistics & Warehousing industry will be given preference.

CTC: INR 5 lac p.a. (Fixed � 60.00% & Variable � 40.00%)+ Incentives � INR 1.00 Lac p.a. flexibility of 15-20% basis the candidate merit

Industry: Electronics/ Consumer Durables/ Telecom, etc. (preferably from AIDC Industry)

Experience in B2B sales with AIDC brands will be preferred

Education
BE/ B Tech in electronics / Telecom / Electrical /
MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
