• Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan.
• Prepare an annual sales budget for the region
• Sales forecasting with accuracy.
• Planning and enforcing accurate sales receivables.• Track new projects, tenders enquiries and its execution.
• Identifying training requirements and facilitating the same.
• Maintains rapport with key customers; identify new business opportunities.
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and service changes – Ensure
customer satisfaction; surveying consumer needs and trends.
• Drive marketing/therapy promotion and branding activities in sync with products and application
specialists.
• Achieving respective sales targets across various product lines.Selection Criteria:
• Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Engineering/Science.
Management qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10-12 years of total sales experience, of which 2-3 years must be in people management
• Experience of Medical Devices sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Age- 35 to 40 Years.
• Knowledge of demography.
