?POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is to develop and lead the sales force to achieve the company�s sales objectives by
executing sales and marketing activities tailed to the India market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated success in sales and
marketing with a track record of increasing responsibilities. IT cabling
industry experience a plus.
? Working knowledge of low voltage Commercial and Industrial
Building cabling infrastructure including data centers and related TIA
and ISO industry standards
? B.S. Business/International/Marketing or related field or equivalent
? Strong leadership skills. Ability to establish and communicate plans
and priorities and to organize and manage resources to achieve goals.
? Strong presentation skills
? Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
? Ability to conduct business fluently in English language
? Ability to travel up to 50%; ability to work outside of normal business
hours
? Ability to manage multiple separate administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop, support and coach the sales network in India. To achieve the sales target.
2. Maintain good relationship with distributors, CI, resellers, and other customers, and support
them on various issues.
3. Develop good relations with Design Institutes and other consultants.
4. Channel management; Following up large and important projects and develop more business
chances.
5. Responsible for sales administration like sales calls and project forecast; Keep sales activity
records updated and fulfill assigned reporting requirements
6. Implement sales and marketing programs including but not limited to product training,
tradeshows, seminars.
Supervise customer service/sales support to achieve organizational goals. Monitor the stock
situation in the territory, and guarantee the on-time delivery
7. Performs all other duties as requested.
