The Role As a Regional Sales Lead/Manager you will take ownership of a region forexecuting the full sales cycle from lead generation to implementation, and through to salesnegotiations to help us grow our business. You will be required to engage with hospitals ofall sizes to implement our solution and ensure that all in-bound and out-bound regionalleads are handled in a timely manner. As we grow, you must be a capable leader of ateam. The roles and responsibilities include: Lead generation • Develop, maintain, and move clients in the healthy sales pipeline in-linewith the company business objectives• Ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are entered intothe CRM leads management system Sales conversions and customer relations • Sell, sell, and sell • On-board channel partners in your region and manage them on a regular basisto support and forecast sales, assist them to meet targets • Develop the strategic objectives and goals for the regional market andexecute them using scalable technology, CRM, and minimal workforce • Scope, identify, on-board and assist regional channel partners for growth ofour client base rapidly • Create & articulate compelling value proposition for customers in pitches • Maintain an accurate forecast and develop timely business reports forreview, develop case studies, identify key opinion leaders within the region anddevelop relationships with them • Have a good understanding of the healthcare market, challenges, growthprospects and healthcare delivery operations • Travel regionally and pan-India for sales, channel partner meetings andconferences as required
