Area of Operations: Gujrat Based customer including Baroda, Ahmedabad & Anand. Also will cover major customers based at Bhopal, Jhansi & Gwalior.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Forecasting annual, quarterly & Monthly sales.
- Maintaining Enquiry funnel & ensuring meeting the monthly, QTRly and annual budgets
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth, both long term & Short term.
- Drive overall sales and growth at Regional level by meticulous planning and designing of schemes, inputs and resources
- Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analysing data and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential
- Analyse data and keep track of key parameters to enhance operational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like addition of new OEM/ dealers, value up gradation of existing customers.
- Tracking Competitors' Sales, Market Share, Price Position and marketing initiatives
- Regular customer visits to ensure regular orders and track on business share and competitors share.
- Visit new / potential customers to get new business for OEM & Dealers/Distributors.
- Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines in co-ordinations with production & QA.
- Timely receipt of payments and empty spools from customers
- Co-ordination of customer complaints and redressal to ensure proper customer satisfaction.
- Keep updated information on customer requirements/ expectations (Spec, packing, pricing etc.) & regular updating to seniors.
- Update on market intelligence and competition activities.
- Regional Depot activity management
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Any other miscellaneous work assigned by HO.
- Visit and meet key utilities or end users like PGCIL/ NTPC/ Renewable energy dept etc. for extension of approval and getting market intelligence.
