Ensure customer SLA’s are met enabling an enhanced customer experience leading to customer delight and customer stickiness.  Manage and attain the ‘Regional Daily Sales Outstanding’ (DSO) at the desired and expected levels through aggressive & proactive approach.  Drive and motivate the Regional team to achieve their Branch level business target/installation/PMs/ BD Call closures and achieve the Branch DSO.  Drive & guide Regional Tech, Commercial Manager & Branch Managers toward maximizing the productivity & seamless technical support & bring in best benchmarking practices.  Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; benchmarking best practices & excellent customer relationship.  Drive the team to Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics & monitoring and analyzing result.
