YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborating with Service Partner from IT perspective for HR Version and Release Management topics for SuccesFactors
IT responsible for Change and Release management process with in SAP (onPrem) and SuccessFactors (Cloud)
Set up Bayer internal communication regarding Releases and planned downtimes for on premise and Success Factors, SAP Fieldglass and other
renown solutions
Create yearly HR Version and Release Schedule for On Premise and SF environment, coordinate schedule with stakeholders and communicate
agreed schedule to the HR Organization
Ensuring the correctness and completeness of Process documentation of Release and Change management for HR Systems
Provide and present the evidences based on ICS Framework process for "Change Management" working closely with auditors (Deloitte) (Audits,
providing information)
Implementation of all requirements within the IT asset as requested to achieve business objectives, especially implementation of legal, regulatory,
protection, security, retention and archiving requirements; including superordinate requirements of platforms/ products and company-wide
frameworks
Availability of the IT asset as required to achieve business objectives as well as appropriate handling of incidents
Implementation of access rights and controls of the IT asset as required to achieve business objectives (as primarily set by the Business Owner)
Ensure adequate segregation of duties to ensure that no one single person can independently make a change and deploy the change to the
production environment
Additional accountabilities stemming for example from GxP or ICS regulations, if applicable
WHO YOU ARE:
University Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in IT
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has basic experience in the following R/3 HCM modules PA and PD
Has experience in planning and organizing SuccessFactors Release cycles for (Talent Acquisition, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Technical
Foundation, Employee Central, LMS, etc.)
Has in depth experience in SAP Solution Manager (e.g. SAP training SM100: SAP Solution Manager Operations and Configuration ; SM200:
Change Request Management and Service Desk – Configuration)
Has in depth experience in the TDMS4HCM (e.g. SAP Training TDMS10: SAP Test Data Migration Server)
Has basic ITIL knowledge
Ability to plan and align, manage complex scenarios, push for significant results, thereby managing multiple complex environments
Proactiveness and courage to actively drive future-oriented developments under ambiguous circumstances and with various stakeholders
Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment as a team player with good communication and presentation skills
