The Subscription Management team is focused on protecting and growing Annual Recurring Revenue
(ARR) for PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation), driving customer growth. Several members of the
India PTC sales team are based in Bangalore, where you will be part of an energetic team.
Your impact:
...
o You will be responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and
through our channel partners across India with a focus on the Value-Added distributor and Direct
Partners
o Protect and grow our Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) which are critical to the success of PTC,
making up 75% of PTC revenues
o Secure these PTC revenue streams by developing successful relationships with PTC direct customers
and our channel partner to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time
o In collaboration with key PTC stakeholder groups (Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and other
functions as appropriate) ensure our customers and partners are highly satisfied with the services PTC
delivers
Day-To-Day:
o Work on a daily and weekly basis in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry
leading renewal rates with customers and partners
o Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
o Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes
o Accurate forecasting and daily updating in the PTC CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
software Salesforce
o Manage all Renewal related customer/partner queries in a timely manner with the right level of quality
o Weekly forecast calls with internal management to give an accurate picture of the current quarter
Renewals
o Reviewing Renewal quotes for accuracy before submitting to customers/partners
o Supporting the transition process of our customers to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses
o Driving ARR value increases of the Renewal value by upselling into existing accounts
o Calculating Renewal offers and other mid-term changes to contracts, being responsible for executing
changes to Renewal accounts (preparing quotes, sending quotes to customer)
o Ensuring quotes can be booked accurately
Key Competencies
o You are very curious and have the learning gene which is critical in this fast-moving industry
o You are detail oriented with a very structured approach to your daily work
o Daily accurate and concise updating of Salesforce and other CRMs comes naturally to you
o Sense of Accuracy: ensure pricing, quotes and system entries are correct
o Sense of Urgency: handle pressure at quarter end and support quick turnaround times for requests
o Strong negotiation and collaboration skills must be demonstrated
o We hire team players who always work in the best interests of the Renewals team and PTC
o Excellent problem-solving skills, you bring a “can-do” attitude to work every day
o You take ownership, involve the right stakeholders when appropriate and are comfortable dealing with

Preferred Experience:
o Successful record of accomplishment in a customer / partner facing quota carrying role
o Experience in Renewals, Sales, Inside Sales in a Perpetual, Subscription or SaaS technology
