Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)
1. BA/BS degree
2. 4+ years of business experience
3. Excel Skills with Pivot Tables, vLook Ups, and Macros
4. Strong communication skills
Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to have Qualifications”)

1. Critical thinker. Analyze and decompose complex problems and finds the correct solution for each situation.
2. Excellent communication skills. From verbal communication with stakeholders to leveraging data and metrics to highlight opportunities and influence change.
3. Highly analytical. Deeply familiar with various analytic tools and can interpret sizeable raw data sets; conduct data analysis and audits.
4. Can operationally execute. Knows how to use available tools to download and analyze data. Is highly organized with strong project/time management skills.
