?Ensuring that RERA registration of projects happen as soon as all compulsory upload documents are available
2. Ensuring information submitted to RERA has been signed-off from all stakeholders
3. Ensuring the data submitted is correct and as shared by stakeholders
4. Ensuring documentation of all information submitted to RERA
5. Updating project status on a quarterly basis
6. Coordination with various departments for tasks mentioned below (though not limited to)
a. Finance
i. Set up of project bank account
ii. Maintaining changes in any account that may happen during the course of the project
iii. Transfer of applicable fees
b. Legal
i. Calculation of cost of Land
ii. Collation of documents/information like
