Job Description :
- In charge of the sales from the retail and Distribution segment for the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products.
- Coordinate the sale proceedings for optimum service levels.
- Collection of payments as per policy.
- Report market activities to the reporting manager as per set format and in coordination with the team. Motivate the team members of the territory and ensure that they work on peak performance.
- To develop and Manage applicators for the products.
- To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area for bringing awareness.
