JOB PURPOSE
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward Analyst or HR Analytics specialist with some experience within reward benchmarking and analysis looking to broaden their experience and knowledge at the world’s leading premium international schools organisation.
The ideal person for this role is expected to be highly analytically minded and has advanced Excel skills.
Responsible for supporting the Group Reward team in implementing the reward processes, frameworks, and policies, ensuring they are administered effectively to successfully deliver the Group reward strategy.
This position is critical in supporting the delivery of reward operational activities by providing Reward and Data analytics expertise.

KEY RESULTS AREA
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
REWARD ANALYTICS AND DATA MANAGEMENT
Provide accurate data analysis, insight and interpretation across a range of reward topics to support reward recommendations where required
§ Provide market insights, collate and interpret market data to provide analysis of market movement
§ Provide statistical analysis, data modelling and cost analysis to inform business decisions as and when required
§ Responsible for Reward data integrity, raising data quality issues identified from analysis and liaising with the HRIS team to resolve issues
§ Prepare and submit the required survey data submissions for the GCS population
§ Co-ordinate the data submission across the relevant markets, liaising with the survey provider and the local HR teams
§ Support the Group HR team to provide benchmarking data to the business
§ Develop standard reward reporting to meet the needs of the business
§ Support the analysis of market data for individuals, providing input for consideration of risk and control matters
§ Conduct market research and impact analysis on any potential internal or external changes that will affect NAE reward offerings in the assigned market(s), e.g., employment legislative changes

ANNUAL COMPENSATION REVIEW
Assist the Group Reward and Benefits Manager in managing and delivering the end-to-end process for the annual pay and bonus reviews.
§ Project manage all activities and track key timelines, working with the responsible parties as appropriate
§ Work with the Group and Regional HR teams to calculate compensation payments [e.g. Bonus, exceptional pay reviews etc.], ensuring they are accurate, in line with set rules and eligibility criteria and processed through payroll on time
§ Assist in the preparation of remuneration data required for the Directors’ Emoluments reporting as needed
REWARD ADMINISTRATION
§ Create and maintain reward materials and resources (e.g. process maps, templates, modelling tools, guides) to support the value delivery of NAE reward programmes
§ Provide reliable, accurate and timely administrative support
§ Maintenance of the benefits portal
§ Review and process data for benefits renewals (monthly/annually)
§ Manage the reward invoice payments process
§ Act as the 1st point of contact for reward queries, providing collaborative support to all stakeholders
REWARD PROJECTS
§ Provide the required support on Reward Projects
§ Responsible for the analytical and project management facets of Reward Projects as and when required
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
§ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level education
§ Previous experience in Reward Management, ideally within a global company
§ High level of numeracy and analytical skills
§ Strong attention to detail
§ Experience in HRIS administration and managing data (Desirable)
§ SuccessFactors reporting (Desirable)
§ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
§ Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
§ Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
§ Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
§ Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
