-         Experience in delivering digital solutions such as RPA, Workflow, AI, etc.
-         UX experience is appreciated to assist in wireframing of solutions
-         Proven experience and expertise in business analysis
-         Agile methodology and ways of working experience
-         Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their
objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
-         Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem
solving-         Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data
-         Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
-         Experience in developing business case, business requirements, and impact assessments

Minimum work experience required
7-10+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst role
Minimum education required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
