• Owns the design and development of Workday Integrations and Reports, meeting the IT project needs of the business. Purpose & Responsibilities:• Design, develop, build, test and deploy new integrations with Workday Technology to facilitate good business outcomes and meet future business requirements • Understand the end-to-end data flow for assigned integrations (from Workday to 3rd parties and vice-versa), including performing hands-on Workday configuration and code updates as necessary so that integrations running across multiple technologies deliver the required business outcomes. • Hands on experience in developing Payroll Integrations, which are primarily based on PECI and Studio, and minimize ongoing maintenance needs, and run efficiently/effectively with the end result of paying all employees correctly. • Understand and provide input on integrating Workday into the larger Enterprise Architecture for the organization (SSO, IP whitelisting, File Transfers, PGP Privacy) • Contribute to the Agile environment by thinking out of the box and continuously wanting to structurally improve the ways of working, the technical stability and the speed in which changes are delivered • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing on Workday Integrations • Ensuring timely and quality deliverables as per Shell standards by pro-actively managing work and mitigating security risks. Skills & Requirements: • Good hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (Core Connectors, Custom Reports, Document Transformation, EIB, PECI, Studio) • Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation and Security concepts within Workday. • Exposure to integrations with other modules (e.g. Comp) & applications (e.g. SAP HR, Peoplesoft ) • Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT or which 2+ years in Workday Integration solutions. • Implementation: At least 1 end to end implementation as implementation partner or as key stakeholder in client IT team • Methodologies: Agile framework & relevant tools (VSTS, ServiceNow etc.) Dimension: • Strong Oral and Written Communication • Technical competence – Workday tool & process (Implementation & support)
