Key  Responsibilities :  

  1. Achievement of the Budgeted Objectives for the Region, including sales, collection and operational profitability through effective management of the Regional Team (Sales, AS, FSE and RA) and all other available resources. Accurate forecast of sales by period based on a strong understanding of the pipeline. 
  2. Timely payment from all customers and control of DSO to meet Objectives for the year. 
  3. Management and development of the Regional Team to ensure adequate knowledge, skills and motivation. Drive operational excellence coaching and guiding the Team in achieving this. Follow all company processes and policies and optimize all resources.  
  4. Use Impact as a tool to lead the Team in planning, scheduling and implementation of actions to achieve the Objectives set. Maximize the Team’s coverage of Regional customers and prospects; guide and analyse sales efforts for the Team.   
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the market, customers and competition sharing this with the National Sales Manager and Marketing Team.  
  6. Develop strong and professional customer relationships: work as a partner to customers to help them adopt and realise the full potential of our solutions. Be an Ambassador for the Company.
