1. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its
strong presence in their assigned geographic regions
2. Lead and direct the sales team to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary
objectives.

achievements of all team members on a regular basis
4. Provide necessary support by working with team members in handling key and challenging accounts
5. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
6. Regularly present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition

launches in Modern Trade, E- commerce, HoReCa & General trade.
9. Plan and implement consumer focused promotional activities in conjunction with the Marketing team.
10. Regularly collect consumer/customer feedback on company and relevant competition products
11. Maintain healthy relationships with super-stockists and distributors and retail partners.
12. Plan and implement trade focused promotional activities resulting in deeper market penetration and
reach.
13. Responsible for day-to-day management of team members, setting objectives, performance appraisal and
determination of reward outcomes.
14. Hire, supervise, mentor and develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product
knowledge education.
