?Key Result Area
? Responsible for identifying potential distributors and driving the business goals across all distributor driven business areas of Tally
? Participate in creating innovative distributor development strategies
? Work closely with distributors and provide strategic advice on increasing sales and expanding partner�s base
? To analyze and validate the viability of empaneling new distributors and capable of doing competitive analysis between distributors
? Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the focused distributors to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained and expanded in the long run along with motivating them to excel
? Work closely with RM to increase distributor�s capability
? Manages sales of the company�s products through strong distribution channels
? Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
? Set up distribution operations with respect to territory (macro/micro levels)
? Ensure healthy distribution relations at all levels & maintenance of high ROI
? Thorough study of the retail distribution channel and end users for planning the sales process
? Manage logistics and operational planning at all levels of distribution
? Implement necessary steps to increase cost efficiency of distribution channels
? Good People Management Skills
? Must have good conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills
