Cost Management Monitors expenses related to the cell and encourages effective utilization of resources· Management ReportingPrepares reports related to the performance of the cell in terms of production targets, OEE, Downtime, and forwards to module leader manufacturing for review.People Responsibilities Provides on the job training for cell members to enhance their knowledge and skill· Monitors and controls cell member activity for shop discipline and time management to achieve· production targets Counsels cell members on absenteeism, defects and output to meet set targets.
