Client is a leading MNC in renewables industry Job Title: Quality Specialist Responsibilities : . .Promote focus on prevention by identifying and performing activities to minimize risk across all factories.Support investigations of product and process quality related issues, and recommend changes to products, processes and control plans for all factories where the item is produced.Use, promote and lead Six Sigma methods, tools and processes to facilitate resolution of recurring internal and external quality issues. Act as mentor to the factories.Support factory activities to improve performance indicators (PI) on time, quality and cost.Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate CAPA is being followed for key performance indicators (KPI) that are not meeting target.Lead and actively participate in projects aimed at improving the quality level and robustness of products and operating proceduresSupport, mentor and train colleagues in the use of quality methods and tools e.g. APQP4WIND, FMEA, MSA, SPC, VDA, problem solving / 8D etc.Customer support – general reporting and development meetingsQuality related projects – development or problem solvingRequirementM.Sc. or B.Sc in Engineering ISO9001 auditor/lead auditorAPQP/APQP4WIND specialist, or similar from automotive or alike. Process auditor (e.g. VDA)Six Sigma (master) black belt or similarGeneral technical knowledge. Preferred but not necessarily needed for casting, machining and surface treatmentStrong problem solving skills
