**Lifting & Supporting Load expert: (01 no)** * Diploma in Industrial Safety from approved institute by Tech. Board of Education, BE/ Diploma Engineering, 15 - 20 yrs Experience in industrial manufacturing as well as construction projects. At least 5 year's experience in Lifting & Supporting Load (Fabrication & Erection) management/ supervision during execution which also includes the design & load calculation required for erection in industrial projects * Must have detailed knowledge of Lifting & Supporting activities in construction, and commissioning of industrial projects * Must have detailed knowledge of Lifting tools, tackles, lifting equipment, cranes etc * Must have competency to deliver training on Lifting & Supporting Load activities to crane operator, riggers * Must have competency to deliver training on all type of Lifting & Supporting Load activity * Must have the competency to deliver training to Riggers & Staff * Competency to review & approve Lift Plan**Scope of work:** * Implementation of L&SL procedure at site * Plan, coordinate and supervise all lifting activities in the project * Provide Lifting & Supporting Loads (L & SL) training to identified personnel * Ensure risk assessment is carried out and lifting plan is prepared by concerned department and approve the Lift Plan * To ensure that the correct Lift plan is in place and lifting operations are conducted accordingly * Supervise all High risk and Critical Lifts * To constantly monitor the approved plan and identify improvement for future work * Investigate all L&SL related incidents, identify the root cause and ensure compliance of corrective action * Inspection of all L&SL equipment before taking into use on daily basis and ensure inspection & testing of L&SL tools/ equipment by Competent Person. Maintain record of Own & Contractors tools/ equipment * Carry out Audit of the L&SL Management System as well as physical compliance * Ensure all Lifting tools/ equipments are inspected and fit to work tools/ equipment are allowed inside ACL premises
