1. Deployment of Safety Inspectors in each shift in West Bokaro Division or Jamshedpur or
other locations as per requirement.
2. Daily Safety System Management from Remote Supervision Centre of Jamshedpur.
3. Capturing of Unsafe Act & Condition, Auditing of Safety standard deployment through
remote supervision, MIS Preparation, Reporting of malfunction of camera or unavailability of
feed , Report preparation & reporting .
4. Safety Observations, Violation or non-compliances monitoring through CCTV (Remote
Supervision), in 3-Shifts (A, B & C) on 24*7 days basis.
5. Observe through camera surveillance (CCTV) from control room or as specified by
department (Remote supervision) and immediate intimation of any violation to the
respective officers and safety officers or as per protocol prepared and communicated.
6. Follow up with department & Collecting of Closure status of Open observations & Open
Audit Points, Closure report preparation. (Which were earlier pointed out during remote
supervision and repeated)
7. Keep all record of incident/ near miss in safety logbook.
8. Sharing of daily, weekly, and monthly safety observation report to departmental officers, ...
