What do you drive for us?Responsible for sales and client acquisition, including market research, pitching, contractnegotiations, and sign-up.What a typical day at work would look like?• Prospecting vigorously in the target market for prospective customers and keeping ahealthy potential inflow.• Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels for generating leads(internally and externally).• Meeting with strategic heads, business heads, and CXOs of various firms on a regularbasis to gain insight into their HR goals and provide staffing solutions as needed.• Using a price framework to ensure customer sign-ups.• In charge of the entire company development cycle. Tracking new initiatives, rivals' activityand performance, detecting market shifts, and developing new models.• Adapting SLAs to changing client needs and corporate operations.• Organizing and presenting client specifications to the delivery team, as well as ensuring asmooth transition of assignments.How are you getting assessed?
