- Appointing new counters in the area defined and ensuring the availability of the products.
- Visiting the retail counters as per daily visit plan defined by the TSM/ASM.
- Achieving monthly sales target of secondary sales in the defined area.
- Building relations with Distributors and ensuring appropriate support is extended whenever needed.
- Promoting and explaining schemes, taking orders and resolving queries if any of the retailers.
- Coordinating with the reporting manager for retail branding requirements at the counter and ensuring the same is getting executed.
- Assisting in the Nukkad Meets, Electrician Meets, Dealer Meets etc.
