Accurately capture and manage all customer data to foster lasting relationships.
Deliver a comprehensive customer experience by introducing diverse product categories and
services to maximize customer potential.
Independently and proactively resolve customer issues by under promising and over
delivering while ensuring thorough follow-up on after-sales issues.
Act as a reliable source of information for management and brand partners regarding
products and high-potential customer feedback.
Manage inventory, restocking, record-keeping, by adhering to the operational manual and
security procedures.
Possess an in-depth understanding of the brand and its complete product range to
effectively convey the brand’s heritage and values.
Prerequisites/Skills:
Graduate or Diploma holder in business administration, sales, or related courses.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality. High end retail experience would be
an added advantage.
Excellent sales management, business analysis, planning, communication.
Strong problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Detail-oriented with adaptability to new situations and procedural changes.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English), strong selling ability, and
customer-oriented approach.
Proficient in numerical ability and IT skills.
