?Roles and Responsibilities :
? To devise Sales & Distribution strategy and set up the distribution from scratch nationally. This includes formulation & execution of Channel strategy, Sales Automation efforts, S & D Infrastructure quality & development and other related areas.
? Developing distribution and visibility Infrastructure including C&F, Distributors, and Super stockiest.
? Go to market (GTM) Strategy for all the categories which includes introduction of new products into various trade channels.
? Annual Business Planning, Budgeting, Sales Forecasting. Recruiting, Training and managing a team.
? Leading a team of Regional Managers and Key Account Managers and dedicated sales team across the country of around 150+.
