Head Sales-Maharashtra & Karnataka

 

 

Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of Maharashtra & Karnataka, for KSR

 

recruitment, training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel of the region. Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users.


Candidate : Must be from Building Materials Industry and Core Sales and Marketing

JD:

SPECIFIC TO THE REGION

Responsible for building a robust channel sales

Liasoning with institutional bodies, builders, architects, etc..

Getting government and non-government approvals, etc

Recovery of payments for the sales done by him and his/her team

Handled sales team of no less than team of ten and handled sales of minimum 50 Crores plus

 Identify and Understand Relevant Market Trends and Potential, Analyse, Strategise and present solutions for Organizational Growth which includes Customer Base, Products specific to the region.

- Build a team of  aggressive sales team members to achieve organizations sales goals

- Responsible for Building, Implementation and Monitoring of Sales Strategy specific to the region

- Identify monitoring parameters and share period reports with solutions for potential growth and / or problems identified

- Responsible for Understanding the needs and psyche of the person / people / customer base of the market that Organisation operates in; and thereby recommend solutions / answers for any current and / or potential solutions. (In short, have your ears to the ground)

- Support in the Build and then Implement Brand(s) Engagement and promotion strategy that will ensure a 'PULL'

- Build, Implement and Monitor a Communication Strategy for all Customers (Direct and Indirect) that will enable Customer Management, Engagement and Brand Management

- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on performance related to Sales Team, for the region and Individual, and Products

- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on Marketing Strategies and Expenditure

- Track and Monitor Variable incentives for Employees and customers

- Track, Generate and sharer periodic Market Reports that will aid / enable review of Strategy and any changes thereof

- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on performance related to Customer for the region. Generate customer dashboard to measure performance

- Responsible for Developing and Implementing a strategy for on-time Receivables.

- Support  in the hiring and training of relevant and effective resources in the Sales and Marketing team.

- Responsible for the Goal setting /KRAs for each member of the Sales and Marketing Team. Ensure monitoring of the same during the Performance year.

- Responsible for validating the numbers for Sales Incentive on a monthly / quarterly basis.

- Responsible for Coaching / mentoring of Sales and Marketing team on an ongoing basis. Also, responsible for ensuring that succession planning is identified at a regional and product level. Manage attrition levels in region

- Identify and present a yearly budget basis Organizational and Department Goals and Objectives. Responsible for monitoring the flow of approve budgets, receivables, and managing costs

- Responsible for Profitability at a Gross Margin Level by region and product

- Other responsibilities related to Sales and Marketing initiatives as identified by the organization / management
