?� Delivering sales, market share and profitability for Modern Trade, as the most important growth driver channel.
� Drive revenues and profit strategies for all Modern Trade accounts Pan India.
� Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth ranging from commercial agreements, marketing actions to profitability.
� Negotiate commercial terms & executed TOT agreements with least cost to company.
� Part of the Customer Development Leadership Team.
� Leading a team of Regional managers and Key Account Managers and dedicated sales team across the country of around 150+.
� Exposure in working with a varied mix of customers from global chains/national chains like Big Bazaar, D Mart, Reliance, More, etc. and other wellness chains, small chains also.
� Guiding negotiations and Joint Business Planning discussions with large regional chains and participating in the same with national and global chains.
� Co-creating Customer Marketing Plans and guiding Area Business Plans for crafting the future roadmap for the channel.
� Designing and executing a state of art methodology of attaining of execution excellence in Modern Trade stores.
� Streamlining the Demand Planning process in a dynamic Modern Trade environment for effective forecasting and targeting.
� Planning and executing new for the channel to create businesses of future.
� Designing and implementing the entire Go-To-Market Model for the top end chemists as a part of the program in Modern Trade.
